Your Opportunity

• Conduct initial consultations to assess debtors' situations and recommend options; training will be provided
• Assist debtors and creditors with bankruptcies and proposals, both in person and by phone
• Review interview forms and prepare files and documents for client signing
• Engage in community outreach, business development, presentations, and social media promotion of personal debt solutions

Location & Responsibilities

We are seeking Insolvency Advisors for our Regina, Saskatoon, and Winnipeg offices. The role requires maintaining an in-office presence and includes the responsibilities listed above.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years in customer service, financial services, insolvency, banking, credit counseling, or related fields
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Ownership and responsibility for work quality
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Team player and independent worker
• Previous insolvency experience is an asset but not required
• Availability for one evening shift weekly until 7:30 pm
