Develop, file and defend written and oral Regulatory Proceedings and/or Regulatory Compliance challenges by establishing and leading large multi-disciplined teams of expert staff from across the Hydro One organization. Work with staff within the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) to ensure the requirements of filings and compliance submissions are fully understood and to influence OEB staff to ensure Hydro One positions are adopted regarding the timing and content of regulatory submissions. Identify required areas of expertise within Hydro One and providing advice and guidance on the quality and timing of the written and oral evidence necessary to fulfill requirements specified by the OEB. Provide advice and guidance to Lines of Business relating to regulatory policies and strategies, implications and the appropriateness of various management processes and practices on policy application and interpretation. Monitor the application of Corporate policy on regulatory reporting and business operations to ensure conformity and proper application.
