A leading consulting firm in Alberta is seeking a dedicated professional to lead risk management business systems and client onboarding. This role focuses on compliance with firm policies, managing internal risk systems, and overseeing client data integration during acquisitions. Candidates should possess strong collaboration, troubleshooting, and reporting skills along with a college diploma or equivalent experience. A competitive salary range of $55,000 to $82,000 and various benefits are offered.

This role leads two core functions Risk Management Business Systems and Acquisition Client Onboarding. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for internal risk systems, ensure compliance with firm and regulatory policies, and manage onboarding of client entity data during acquisitions.
At times, business needs arise, and employees are required and agree to work beyond their normal workday or work week to fulfill the accountabilities required for their job. Likewise, people need time to devote to personal matters, and our approach to flexibility provides for this.
The expected base salary range for this position is $55,000 to $82,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications.
