• Support our sales team in providing clinical support with customer interactions for Umano Medical product demonstrations, bed/equipment fairs, conferences, and special presentations.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our customers and market trends to adapt training and clinical approaches.
• Improve current and develop future clinically related training and education programs for both our internal team as well as our customers.
• Share clinical expertise, experiences, and knowledge with the marketing, sales, service, and R&D teams.
• Participate in new product development by giving insights and feedback to our R&D and marketing teams based on clinical background and knowledge.
• Participate in the formulation of and new product market introduction efforts.
• Assist in tenders and new contract proposals to provide clinical guidance and insight.
• Ability to travel in the US, Canada, and internationally if required.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Experience as a registered nurse in the US, working in ICU/CCU departments.
• Well versed in ICU/CCU equipment, workflow, and standards with awareness of current challenges and future trends.
• Involvement with and/or awareness of professional organizations within your profession is a plus.
• Familiarity and/or experience with reviewing/interpreting clinical research (publications, white papers, posters, TRIALS, clinical evaluations, etc.) within your profession is a plus.
• Previous clinical specialist or marketing/sales role is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and in writing.
• Microsoft suite knowledge.
