Employment Status: Part-time

Schedule: Monday - Saturday
Rate Compensation: $19 - $21 per hour

As an Exercise Therapist, you will be a key member of our clinical team, assisting with client care under the supervision of a Physiotherapist, maintaining treatment areas and equipment, and building strong client and team relationships.

Qualifications:

• PTA/OTA diploma or Kinesiology degree preferred; personal trainers also encouraged to apply.
• First Aid (CPR & AED) certification required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel between clinics.
• Experience in a rehabilitation setting (1-3 years) is an asset; new graduates are welcome.
• Professional, flexible, friendly demeanor with strong relationship skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting physiotherapists with client care, exercise prescription, modalities, and equipment.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and equipment.
• Collecting outcome data and managing supplies.
• Additional duties as assigned; training provided.
• Availability to work at all four clinics, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays.
