- Vehicle Acquisition: Identify and purchase quality pre-owned vehicles from private sellers, dealerships, and auctions.
- Used Vehicle Reconditioning: Co-ordinates used vehicle reconditioning within Rapid Recon and keep management up to date on progress.
- Auction Preparation: Research run lists, evaluate vehicle values, and make strategic online purchases.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a smooth buying experience and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Sales Performance: Consistently work toward exceeding individual and departmental purchase goals.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed on vehicle trends, financing options, and industry developments to make informed buying decisions and to ensure accurate inventory valuation.
