Job summary
A leading satellite internet service provider is seeking an Independent Contractor - Satellite Installer to install satellite internet systems across Canada. In this role, you will mount dishes, connect equipment, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service. Ideal candidates will have strong telecom knowledge and problem-solving skills. Competitive pay and comprehensive training are offered.

- Experience with fiber splicing and low voltage cabling.
- Skilled with hand tools and network installation (Cisco routers a plus!).
Responsibilities
- Install satellite internet systems at customer locations.
- Mount satellite dishes on roofs or other suitable spots.
- Run cables and connect equipment for perfect signal reception.
- Configure and program satellite receivers.
- Test and troubleshoot to ensure everything’s working smoothly.
- Provide top-notch customer service and answer questions.
- Educate customers on using their new satellite systems.
