A healthcare provider in Milton seeks an experienced Nurse to coordinate services for individuals experiencing first episode psychosis. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and administering medications. Candidates must be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario and have current BCLS certification. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $40.24 to $57.68 per hour.
Within a multidisciplinary team the Nurse will coordinate early identification / screening, diagnostic, and intervention services for individuals experiencing first episode psychosis. The Nurse, in collaboration with the clinical team, will ensure the development and implementation of a comprehensive individualized treatment plan that mitigates the effects of a first episode of psychosis.
Hours: Monday to Friday days including Mon Wed Thu Fri 8:30‑4:30 and Tuesday 11:00‑7:00 (Hours subject to change based on operational needs)
Site: Milton District Hospital, Georgetown Hospital, Acton Oakville Hospital
Salary: $40.24 to $57.68 per hour
