Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Safeguard company assets and oversee Casino Services operations (payroll, cost control, scheduling, compliance).
• Maintain guest service standards and confidentiality.
• Adhere to policies and procedures.
• Coach and develop team members, conduct performance evaluations.
• Manage company funds and ensure positive communication with all stakeholders.
• Schedule staff based on demand.
• Oversee credit and collection functions.
• Maintain personal integrity and professional appearance.
• Perform duties across Casino Services as needed.
• Provide leadership and positive counseling to team members.
• Contribute to team and department development.
• Implement and maintain knowledge of internal controls and federal reporting laws.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Prior cash handling experience required.
• Prior computer experience required.
• Experience with POS, data entry, Microsoft Programs, Windows, and internet preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of casino experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year in the casino Cage, Casino Services, or Player’s Club.
• Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or a similar area preferred.

Skills:

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers and decimals.
