Are you a seasoned Product Manager with deep experience in growing a product environment and a passion for building impactful financial products? Jobber is looking for a Senior Product Manager to be part of our Product Manager (Fintech) department. Jobber exists to help people in small businesses be successful, working with small home service businesses to transform how service is delivered through technology. Fintech is one of the fastest-growing parts of Jobber and a core strategic priority. We are embedding financial tools within our product to help small businesses thrive, whether it’s getting paid using Jobber Payments, accessing capital to invest in growth, or offering financing to customers. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product, Fintech, you will lead the product strategy and execution for Jobber’s newest financial services product. Our fintech products help small service businesses manage their finances, from getting paid to accessing capital. This is an opportunity to build a business, not just a feature, with a mandate to innovate, differentiate, and scale from zero to one.
At Jobber, compensation is transparent, fair, and reflective of experience. This role has a minimum annual salary of $145,900, a midpoint of $171,600, and a maximum salary of $197,400, designed to show progression from learning the ropes to excelling.
Our compensation reflects each new hire’s skills, experience, and the role’s complexity, with a broad range to support growth and long-term impact. Fully established hires typically start around the midpoint; the upper end is for deep expertise and lasting contributions. Base salary is part of a total package that includes equity, health and wellness stipends, retirement matching, and an extended health package with fully paid premiums.
