We’re passionate about creating smarter solutions, encouraging personal growth, and celebrating creativity. Join a team that offers competitive benefits, a supportive workplace, and the opportunity to lead the future of intellectual property management.

Welcome to a world of less data entry and more data integrity. Welcome to the Rightsline reality!

The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This critical role is responsible for driving new business acquisition within enterprise accounts across our target verticals. The ideal candidate thrives on navigating complex sales cycles, selling sophisticated SaaS solutions, and consistently exceeding ambitious revenue targets. The role will be responsible for creating, qualifying, and closing new business by demonstrating how our solutions can help support content rights, royalties management, and other workflows for intellectual property centric companies across North America.

What you will do
  • Complex Solution Sales: Manage and execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to close within Fortune 500/Enterprise accounts, selling high-value, complex solutions that require in-depth business and technical understanding.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to penetrate, qualify, and close new business opportunities, focusing on C-level and key executive stakeholders.
  • Methodology Expertise: Apply and utilize a rigorous sales methodology, specifically MEDDICC or Challenger Sale principles, to ensure all deals are well-qualified, maintain deal momentum, accurately forecast, and close new business.
  • Pipeline Management: Consistently build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities to ensure sustained quota achievement.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful solution implementation.
  • Market Insight: Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively position our solutions as a strategic business partner.
  • Ability to work in an office located in Downtown Toronto (3 days per week).
What you will bring to the role
  • Quota Attainment: Minimum of 5 years of documented, consistent quota attainment in a full-cycle B2B SaaS sales role, specifically selling into Enterprise accounts.
  • Quota and AOV Experience: Proven experience carrying an annual sales quota of at least $1 million and successfully managing deals with an Average Order Value (AOV) of $200,000 or higher.
  • Complex Selling: Demonstrated success in selling complex, multi-year contracts and solutions (SaaS, enterprise software, or equivalent) that involve multiple stakeholders and a long sales cycle (6-12+ months).
  • Executive Engagement: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a track record of building trusted relationships with senior executive levels (VP, SVP, C-suite).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Bonus points for knowledge of the M&E, Consumer Products, Publishing or Life Sciences industries.
Compensation
  • Competitive Compensation and Health & Dental Benefits
  • 401K / RRSP Match Program

  • You will become part of an amazing culture with a supportive executive team, smart colleagues who truly care, and a global team that’s been rocking this virtual collaboration thing since before anyone had ever heard the term COVID19.
  • You’ll often hear “Yes, let’s try that!” and then have the chance to execute your ideas.
