Job Duties:

· Establish staff work schedules of employees to promote efficiency of operations

· Ensure the quality of food and services meets control standards

· Take a food order and prepare the summaries for cook and chef

· Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation

· Maintain records of food amount and costs, sales, wastage and repairs

· Involve in recruitment process of a food service staff when required

· Train staff in job duties, company policies, sanitation and safety procedures

· Resolve customers’ complaints, concerns, and work-related issue

Job requirements:

· Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required

· Education: Completion of secondary school is required
