- Plan, Organize, Direct, Control and Evaluate daily operations
- To supervise, direct and co‑ordinate the activities of staff, set staff work schedule & monitor staff performance
- Recruit, train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures as per health and safety regulations.
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns,
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- To control inventory and managing cost of sales like food cost/paper cost etc.
- To organize supplies and equipment for smooth business operations.
- Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Develop, Implement and Analyze budgets
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed
- Collaborating with the management team to identify deficiencies and opportune ties, and implement strategies to improve overall service and customer satisfaction
