  • Plan, Organize, Direct, Control and Evaluate daily operations
  • To supervise, direct and co‑ordinate the activities of staff, set staff work schedule & monitor staff performance
  • Recruit, train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures as per health and safety regulations.
  • Address customers’ complaints or concerns,
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • To control inventory and managing cost of sales like food cost/paper cost etc.
  • To organize supplies and equipment for smooth business operations.
  • Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation
  • Develop, Implement and Analyze budgets
  • Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed
  • Collaborating with the management team to identify deficiencies and opportune ties, and implement strategies to improve overall service and customer satisfaction
