FYidoctors Kilborn is seeking an Optician for a full-time role. This team member will work a schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The Optician will be responsible for the retail and repair of eyewear products as well as follow-up patient care and has at least one year of previous optical experience. Join us in advancing eye health and enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

What Will You Be Doing?

1. Educating clients about the best eyewear choices for their lifestyle
2. Assisting with selection of frames to suit patient’s aesthetic and performance needs
3. Performing eyewear repairs and adjustments
4. Contributing to clinic retail sales goals
5. Upholding excellent customer service standards

What Do You Bring?

1. Minimum one year of experience in an optical environment
2. Registered Optician in Ontario
3. Passion for providing exceptional patient care
4. Commitment to excelling as a member of a high performing team
5. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
6. Good computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite
