Our client, a well-established insurance provider in British Columbia, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Personal Lines Insurance Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a growth opportunity within a team of experienced advisors. As an advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering personalized insurance solutions for home, auto, tenant, condo, and high-value products for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing client coverages and exposures to provide expert advice.
  • Proactively contacting insurance companies regarding renewal.
  • Consistently providing a high level of customer service in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Efficiently and accurately underwriting new and renewal business according to company or program guidelines.
  • Processing policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations by established office procedures and best practices.
  • Completing the binding, invoicing, premium collection, and file documentation of assigned accounts.

Qualifications

  • Level 1 General Insurance License (Level 2 desired).
  • 3 years or more experience in managing Personal Lines.
  • Team-oriented personality.
  • Technical skills in MS Office and Insurance Portals (EPIC).
