The Market Sales Manager (MSM) is responsible for the commercial performance of an MSA (Metropolitan Statistical Area). They manage all sales teams within the market to meet revenue targets. The MSM conducts daily productivity reviews, monitors sales activities, provides coaching and training, and collaborates with the Division Commercial leader and General Manager to align resources and results.
