Job Overview: Support a skilled and engaged team as Stewarding Supervisor, where your care and inspection of all flatware, tableware and kitchen equipment will ensure a superior standard.
Your Job Duties Include:
- Train and supervise the Stewarding team in following policies and procedures
- Assign duties to Stewards
- Minimize loss and breakage of china, glassware and silverware
- Ensure Kitchen Colleagues have dishes/silverware as required
- Review banquet event orders and ensure all set-ups and supplies are in place as per the operational requirement
- Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:
- English Fluency Level required for position: Advanced
- Previous two years’ experience in a Stewarding environment required
- Valid Alberta driver’s license required
- Knowledge of chemicals and sanitation required
- Previous one year supervisory experience preferred
- Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications preferred
- WHMIS and First aid certified an asset
