We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of the organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, capable of managing financials, driving business development, and ensuring the overall financial health of the company. The ideal candidate will possess a background in accounting, corporate finance, or financial services.

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee all financial operations, including bookkeeping, forecasting, account reconciliation, tax strategy, payroll and metrics.
• Provide strategic guidance on business development initiatives to enhance revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards while maintaining accurate financial records.
• Prepare and present financial reports for the director.

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and corporate finance.
• Previous experience with a mental health group practice an asset.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
• Proficiency in budgeting processes and account reconciliation techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
• Ability to work remotely.

• Job Type: Fixed term contract
• Contract length: 12 months
• Pay: From $30.58 per hour
• Expected hours: 5 per week
