So, what will your new role look like?

As a Senior Manager, Product Design & UX, you will drive the design vision for the Workleap platform, one of Workleap’s flagship product lines. Workleap simplifies employee experience management, providing HR teams with intuitive solutions to onboard, engage, develop, and support employees throughout their journey. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, product marketing, and other cross-functional teams to create seamless, user-centric experiences tailored to the evolving needs of employees, managers, and executives. Leading product design teams, you will ensure a cohesive strategy that balances business objectives with customer-centric solutions, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the strategic vision for design, ensuring alignment with business goals, product strategy, and user needs.
• Balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints to drive user-centered design.
• Elevate design maturity by embedding research, data insights, and experimentation into decision-making.
• Develop and mentor design talent, fostering career growth, leadership development, and craft excellence.
• Ensure operational excellence, optimizing execution across short- and long-term roadmaps while improving processes and team efficiency.
• Facilitate collaboration and alignment, leading design critiques, stakeholder discussions, and strategic decision-making.
• Define success metrics and measure impact, ensuring design decisions drive meaningful business and user outcomes.

What does your future team look like?

You will lead the Workleap Product Design & UX team—a multidisciplinary team of talented content and product designers. Your team will drive the design strategy for Workleap’s HR products, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineering Teams.

What are the next challenges awaiting your team?

You will lead your team to push to design delightful experiences while ensuring every design decision aligns with user needs and business goals. Scaling design across multiple product lines while keeping teams aligned. You'll bridge disciplines, streamline collaboration, and ensure every design decision balances user needs and business impact. It’s about driving cohesion without losing agility—turning complexity into seamless experiences.

You own up, taking initiative and accountability to drive impactful design outcomes aligned with Workleap’s mission to Make Work Simple. You listen to understand, building deep customer empathy to create meaningful solutions. You tell it like it is, fostering open debate, challenging ideas, and committing to the best outcome. You win as one team, collaborating across functions, empowering others, and embracing diverse perspectives. You take the leap, thinking boldly while upholding a high standard of execution and craft.

Above all, you’re a strategic and empathetic leader who inspires teams to push innovation while ensuring clarity, simplicity, and business impact in design.

• 10+ years of experience in product design for SaaS organization in B2B, with at least 5+ years leading and mentoring teams;
• Proven ability to drive design excellence—leading teams to create high-impact, user-centered solutions;
• Deep expertise in product design execution, from strategy to prototyping, documentation, and asset delivery for web and mobile;
• Experience building and launching a 0→1 product from scratch.
• Strong business acumen, with experience aligning design strategy with business goals and influencing senior leadership;
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, translating complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives;
• Experience scaling and managing high-performing design teams (5-10 designers or groups of teams), fostering career growth and a culture of innovation;
• Strategic mindset with strong leadership, collaboration, and organizational skills to drive impact across teams and product lines.
• Degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors, or equivalent experience;
• Prior experience in HR Tech is a bonus.
