Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

• Facilities Management invoice processing

• Vendor management

• Purchase order management

• Three-way matching/ 3-way Matching

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOPUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)

• JDE EnterpriseOne/ JD Edwards

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing various types of accounts payable transactions, including data entry of vendor invoices, expense reports, manual and emergency check requests, and wires. You will also manage daily and weekly A/P for multiple sites and vendors in a high-volume environment, ensuring all deadlines are met.

• Process accounts payable transactions, including vendor invoices and expense reports.

• Ensure timely processing of daily and weekly A/P for multiple sites and vendors.

• Assist site teams, clients, and vendors with A/P issues or questions.

• Understand and comply with all A/P policies and procedures.

• Monitor and enforce compliance by all employees involved in the A/P process.

• Gather processing metrics for the group on a daily basis.

• Complete special projects and other functions as required.

• Ensure appropriate approval for each transaction prior to processing.

• Correspond with suppliers and respond to inquiries in English and French.

This role offers the opportunity to work for a large real estate organization with potential for internal movement post-contract. The position is fully remote, with work hours from 8:30am to 5pm, including a half-hour break. Overtime may be required. The dress code is business casual. There is a possibility of contract extension.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully remote position.
