My client is looking for an experienced manufacturing professional to oversee daily plant operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in production leadership, values quality and precision, and is passionate about team development and operational excellence.
The Opportunity
You will report directly to the Plant Manager and take full ownership of production processes across multiple fabrication stages—from fitting and welding to priming and finishing. You'll be leading a talented team of supervisors and shop leads, coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure project deadlines are met without compromising safety or quality.
Your day-to-day will focus on optimizing production schedules, ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards, and driving efficiency through data-backed performance analysis and strategic process improvements.
What You'll Do
Production Leadership
- Lead day-to-day fabrication operations, overseeing joists, beams, columns, and trusses
- Manage production schedules to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
- Provide strong leadership to shift supervisors and fabrication leads
