NTT DATA is currently seeking a Product Owner to join our team working remotely in Canada.

The Product Owner leads or coordinates cross-functional project/program teams from design to delivery of fully-developed products that are ready for customer use. The work assignments are varied and often require interpretation and independent decision-making.

The Product Owner monitors performance, recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions. Investigates facts and develops solutions during design and planning phases. Provides timely updates to functional leaders and may be responsible for feasibility studies, field trials, identifying product gaps, defining requirements, and engaging with customers to understand market needs and trends. Understands departmental and organizational strategies and their linkages. Makes decisions regarding work methods, sometimes in ambiguous situations, with minimal guidance and following established procedures.

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of technical experience
• 5+ years of leadership and/or project management experience
• Passion for improving consumer experiences

• Six Sigma Certification
• Knowledge of Enterprise Preference Systems
• Experience prioritizing and assigning work based on Lean Portfolio Management strategy
• Managing technical relationships with partners and ensuring end-to-end delivery
• Effective internal communication with various stakeholders
• Removing blockers and driving product initiatives
• Aligning delivery timelines with strategic goals
• Sharing expertise and collaborative skills
• Strong organizational skills in dynamic environments
• Understanding user experience and simplifying complex problems
