Job summary
A leading food service provider in Ontario is looking for an Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations at a remote camp facility. This position offers a unique rotation of 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, ensuring a strong work-life balance. Responsibilities include ensuring food safety compliance, leading kitchen staff, and financial management including menu costing. Candidates should have extensive experience in the culinary field, including managing diverse cuisines and leading teams effectively. Competitive health benefits are offered.

Qualifications
- Red Seal Certificate an asset.
- SafeCheck advanced food safety certification or HACCP certification required.
- At least 10 years’ experience in hospitality/food service industry.
- 10 years as a Chef including international/domestic cuisines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee kitchen operations, ordering ingredients and planning menus.
- Supervise kitchen staff to ensure compliance with policies.
- Lead training and development of employees.
- Ensure food safety compliance with HACCP methods.
- Conduct inventory bi-weekly.
