Job summary
A healthcare recruitment firm is looking for a BE/BC Psychiatrist to join a residential Adolescent Psychiatry program. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely via telemedicine while also engaging with two locations in California. The position provides a competitive salary of $300,000+, along with a full benefits package, including generous PTO. Ideal candidates will be board eligible/certified in psychiatry with a strong commitment to patient care.

A residential Adolescent Psychiatry program with a commitment to the patient is seeking a BE/BC Psychiatrist to join one of their 2 locations, Malibu or San Rafael, and work remotely/telemedicine to the other sites.
- $300,000 + Base Salary Range
- $350,000+ Income Potential with production incentives
- Onsite in a beautiful renovation facility and telemed to their other residential sites
- Full Benefit Package including several weeks of PTO
Malibu, California: best known for a mix of natural beauty, celebrity culture, and coastal charm. Beaches such as Zuma Beach, Surfrider Beach, and El Matador State Beach. Coastal accessibility via the PCH and outdoor recreation in Malibu Hills and canyons.
San Rafael, California: history and culture, Mission San Rafael Arcangel (founded in 1817), Marin Center, galleries, seasonal festivals, and waterfront living with a Mediterranean climate and bay views.
