A growing technology startup is seeking a Technical Recruiter to scale their engineering and product teams. In this fully remote role, you will manage the entire recruitment cycle for technical and product positions, develop candidate pipelines through creative sourcing strategies, and collaborates closely with hiring managers. Our platform seamlessly integrates with the systems distributors already use, automating tedious tasks and reducing failure points in moving physical goods across the globe. We’re a 70-person team (~45 in engineering), located across North and South America.
We’re hiring a Technical Recruiter to help scale our world‑class engineering and product teams. Our customer base — and the complexity of our platform — is expanding quickly, and we need someone who can build strong pipelines of exceptional talent to keep up. You’ll partner directly with hiring managers and leadership to execute recruiting strategies across engineering (backend, frontend, DevOps, ML/AI) and product (design, management, and more). This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, loves finding and closing top talent, and wants to play a hands‑on role in shaping a growing company.
