A rising SaaS firm in Canada seeks an experienced Account Director to manage high-value accounts. The role entails identifying growth opportunities, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring customer success through strategic account planning. Candidates should have over 8 years of experience in account management or customer success. Following private equity investment from Vista Equity Partners we are scaling rapidly and looking to build out our Account Director team.
Note: This is a fully remote position, open to applicants based in Ontario.
As an Account Director at Gatekeeper, you will be the primary contact and owner of a portfolio of high‑value existing accounts, responsible for retaining, growing, and expanding these relationships. This strategic role requires a customer‑centric approach to strengthen relationships, drive renewals, identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, and ensure our customers achieve maximum value from our solutions.
