Job summary

A community services organization in the Niagara Region is seeking full-time Behaviour Therapists to support children and youth with developmental disabilities using Applied Behaviour Analysis principles. The role includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with caregivers and community partners. Candidates must have a Master's degree in Human Behaviour, a minimum of 3 years experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and various relevant certifications. Competitive salary ranges from $81,224 to $89,564.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Experience in providing parent education programs.
  • First Aid Training and CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and identify treatment goals for children/youth.
  • Provide coaching and support for clinical services.
  • Develop and facilitate training opportunities for staff and community partners.
