A leading retail corporation in Mississauga is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee inventory management and end-to-end product flow. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive replenishment strategies and manage a team of fulfillment managers. This role oversees all aspects of supply chain management, including inventory management, end-to-end product flow, and planning of promotional and regular replenishment. Responsible for strategic execution, ensuring optimal on-shelf availability, fill rate, and financial planning while managing a team of fulfillment managers.
In this role, the individual collaborates with various stakeholders to align strategic business objectives and drive replenishment strategies. Responsibilities include planning and executing the flow of domestic and imported goods, providing insights and reports for category team meetings, and managing supplier, carrier, and network interactions to achieve targeted fill rates and on-time delivery improvements. The role may also involve leading the planning and flow execution for promotions and events, providing recommendations on clearing residual stock, and building inventory action plans to improve inventory health and working capital targets.
The role includes recruiting, developing, and managing a team of fulfillment managers, providing root‑cause analyses on availability gaps, and recommending corrective actions. Partnering with logistics and transportation teams, the role supports integrated planning and flow execution to foster business growth across stores and e-commerce platforms. Additionally, the role involves directing the development of complex inventory strategies within categories by building and validating forecasts, monitoring store forecasts, and utilizing various software tools.
This role also drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects, ensuring resources are allocated effectively, performance standards are met, and adaptability and continuous learning are promoted. Responsibilities include validating and authorizing order placements, coordinating demand plans with suppliers, and addressing non‑routine issues. The role involves supervising and developing associates, establishing performance expectations, fostering a team-based work environment, and promoting company policies, ensuring compliance and upholding standards of ethics and integrity. Finally, the role evaluates current plans and initiatives for ongoing effectiveness, consults with stakeholders, and participates in community outreach events.

The pay range for this position is $109,400.00 - $150,480.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
