We are looking for an experienced Cleaner to ensure our communities are kept clean and sanitized. If you are detail oriented, take pride in a job well done, enjoy working independently while being part of a team, this role is for you!
- Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas
- Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch‑ups
- Interior and exterior garbage pick‑up
- Assist with snow removal and touch‑up painting as required
- Ensure proper and accurate inventory management
- Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properly
- Complete other tasks and assist other sites as required
- 2 years cleaning experience required
- Working knowledge of English both verbal and written
- Familiarity with technology is an asset
- Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
- Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Excellent time‑management skills
- Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Valid driver’s license
- Own reliable vehicle
