A leading engineering firm in Mississauga is looking for a Senior Highway Designer/Engineer to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering, over 10 years of experience in highway design, and expertise in advanced design tools. Qualifications

• 10–20+ years of experience in highway/roadway design, preferably MTO projects.
• P.Eng or Certified Engineering Technician/Technologist designation required.
• Proven experience with Design-Build/P3 projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of highway and drainage designs using advanced tools.
• Oversee design schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Act as liaison with clients to build long-term relationships.
• Drive proposal development and contribute to Future Ready initiatives.
