The County of Lambton is an urban-rural area in southwestern Ontario that is home to over 126,000 residents. Completes filling of shifts for approximately 400 employees for short call and advanced booking absences. This includes arranging and scheduling time off for employees and ensuring vacant shifts are filled to meet staffing requirements and collective agreement parameters using the Departmental Staffing Guidelines procedures and electronic scheduling software.
