Job summary

A distribution company in Dartmouth is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Associate for maternity leave coverage. The successful candidate will manage daily administration of AR/AP tasks, enforce health and safety policies, and must have at least 2 years of relevant experience. The role requires strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with the contract lasting from December 01, 2025, to November 30, 2026.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years AR/AP administration experience.
  • Strong computer skills are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily administration functions in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable.
  • Manage flow of paperwork and filing related to AR/AP tasks.
  • Post and process bills and employee expenses.
  • Administer inventory counts and adjustments.
  • Generate sales journal reports for management.
