  • Research planning: Helping consulting colleagues by creating or proposing robust research plans, including key milestones and deliverables, to support the successful delivery of projects that maximise client satisfaction.
  • Consulting support: Supporting, and where required, leading activities relating to in-person conferences attended by consulting colleagues, through contributing to the creation of pre- and post-conference materials, and business development through researching and developing analyses to support proposals for new client work.
  • Project team and client interaction: Attending internal meetings with project teams to discuss project progress and external meetings with US-based clients to directly provide real-time analysis and explanation of research findings.
  • Quality control and colleague development: Peer reviewing work and coaching and supporting junior colleagues, to ensure outputs from the Research Centre of Excellence are of the highest quality.
  • Continuous improvement: Using expert knowledge and keeping abreast of developments to both leverage existing data sources [e.g. databases] and recommend better sources to enhance the quality of research outputs that support our consulting teams.
