- Taking full ownership of a defined geographical patch (Southwest)
- Actively prospecting and converting new clients within hospitality, leisure, and catering
- Managing and growing existing accounts to exceed sales and margin targets
- Collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to drive value and insights
- Delivering consistently high customer service through regular contact and thoughtful account management
- Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and supported by a dedicated customer service advisor
- Proven success in business development or account management within the foodservice sector
- Strong catering product knowledge and an understanding of the hospitality industry
- A confident communicator who can influence decision-makers at all levels
- Excellent negotiation and organisational skills, with commercial acumen to match
- Passionate about customers and delivering top-tier service
- PC literate - training provided for internal systems
- Full driving licence and able to pass a Basic DBS check
