A community health organization in Southwestern Ontario seeks a Behaviour Support Worker to support children and young people facing challenges. This role involves building relationships, delivering personalized support plans, and working collaboratively within a clinical team. In this role, you will build trusting relationships with children, young people, and their families, delivering structured support plans tailored to each individuals needs. You will work closely with clinicians and support colleagues to ensure a joined-up, consistent approach, contributing to assessments and interventions under the guidance of our Clinical Lead. You will promote positive behaviour, emotional resilience, and personal development in young people, while maintaining accurate and professional records using digital tools and systems. About the Role
Youll be part of an experienced and supportive team deliveringpersonalised, one-to-one support to children and young people across a varietyof settings: at home, in schools, and within the community. Our clients may beexperiencing a range of needs, including suspected or diagnosed neurodiversity,mental health challenges, trauma, and behaviours considered complex orhigh-risk.
In this role, you will:
Build trusting relationships with children, young people, andtheir families.
Deliver structured support plans tailored to each individualsneeds.
Work closely with clinicians and support colleagues to ensure ajoined-up, consistent approach.
Contribute to assessments and interventions under the guidanceof our Clinical Lead.
Promote positive behaviour, emotional resilience, and personaldevelopment in young people.
Maintain accurate and professional records, using digital toolsand systems.
This is a varied and rewarding position, ideal for someoneconfident working independently, while also valuing team collaboration.

Confidence in using IT systems and digital tools
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel acrossthe region
