• Manage straightforward Short Term Disability (STD) claims from intake to resolution
• Build and maintain strong service relationships with plan members, plan sponsors, and healthcare providers
• Identify and efficiently gather outstanding claims assessment information
• Approve, pay, and manage STD claims through established claims management processes
• Maintain productive relationships with internal partners to achieve service deliverables

• Bilingual in French and English to support clients from various jurisdictions
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and planning skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and cope with high workload volumes and short turnaround times
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Ability to manage professional relationships with external and internal partners

• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Intermediate PC skills with MS Word and MS Excel
• Previous Group Disability Claims experience is an asset
