Job summary
A leading fitness company is seeking an Associate & Labour Relations Advisor for a remote role. This position involves conducting workplace investigations, guiding management on HR policies, and supporting associates' queries. Candidates should have experience in HR, strong interpersonal skills, and be knowledgeable about Canadian employment legislation. The role offers a starting salary of $65,000 with potential bonuses, and emphasizes diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Qualifications
- 1+ years in Employee Relations and/or HR role.
- Working toward CHRP or equivalent.
- Up to date with employment legislation, codes, standards, and HR trends across Canada.
Responsibilities
- Conduct workplace investigations for complaints of harassment or discrimination.
- Guide managers on performance management and workplace accommodations.
- Support associates with people experience and sensitive questions.
- Review current processes for gaps and opportunities.
