Position Title: Insurance Sales Director
Reports To: National VP Wholesaler Development & Advisor Engagement
Department: Individual Sales
Term: Permanent Full-Time
Location: Toronto
Work Arrangements: You will work from your home office 100% of the time. You may be required to be in-person at our office in Waterloo, ON, or another assigned location within the Waterloo Region, on an as-needed basis. Sales-related roles may require travel based on the assignment.

This role is vital within our Individual Life and Health Insurance division, responsible for business development and account management in the MGA channel. You will provide educational presentations, case consultations, sales strategies, and product and marketing support to drive sales.
