Who we need
We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist with a strong background in cloud technologies, specifically Azure, and experience in Azure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), MSIX App Streaming, and SQL management. The ideal candidate will also have familiarity with CI/CD tools, with a particular emphasis on Octopus Deploy, to provide technical assistance and ensure the seamless operation of our hosted environments. As a part of our support team, you will play a critical role in troubleshooting, resolving, and optimizing client and internal systems to ensure the highest level of performance and security.
