At Walmart, you’ll be part of a team working together to deliver exceptional customer experiences and helping Canadians save money to live better. You’ll support the Store Manager and lead Associates to drive sales, maintain store standards, and foster a positive shopping environment.
Working as a Food Assistant Manager at Walmart Canada means driving profitable sales through achievement of sales and profit goals, budgeting, and forecasting. You’ll analyze sales reports, prioritize tasks, and delegate clear direction to Managers and Associates.
You’ll also oversee asset protection, quality assurance, and safety controls, serve as a customer ambassador, and participate in community engagement to reinforce the store’s role in Windsor.
