Our Client is looking for a Senior Integration Analyst to work with their IS (Information Systems) team.
The Senior Integration Analyst is responsible for helping the integration Leadership team drive overall post-merger integration Management and Governance.
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience with large technology programs and integration programs for business mergers.
- 5+ years of experience with program and project management.
- Experience running post-merger integrations is a must.

Reports to: Sr. Director IS PMO
The Role Description:
The Technology Integration Management Office (TIMO) Sr. Integration Analyst is responsible for helping TIMO Leadership drive overall post-merger integration Management and Governance. They will work alongside the TIMO leadership and TIMO Master Program Lead (MPL) to drive the overall integration plan, manage the program, identify key risks and issues, and propose strategies to address these risks and issues.
This position reports to the Senior Director IS PMO and involves identifying cross-program dependencies, common barriers, assessing schedule impacts, and ensuring the program remains on track.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support TIMO leadership in managing RAID items across all integration programs.
- Drive tracking and completion of cross-program dependencies.
- Support Cross-Program Alignment by assisting MPL in executing: periodic program review discussions, RAID item reviews, risk resolution coordination, mock cutover reviews, testing planning, and progress tracking.
- Support escalation follow-ups on dependencies, task alignment, and environment management.
- Assist in financial reviews of projects and programs, validating health against authority and actuals.
- Engage TIMO coordinators to create updates and reports for CIO, IS Leadership, and TIMO Leadership.
The Requirements (skills the contractor should have):
- 7+ years of experience with large technology and integration programs for business mergers.
- 5+ years of experience with program and project management.
- Experience in post-merger integrations is essential.
- Knowledge of key technology domains such as data, integrations, application SDLC, and Agile frameworks is a plus.
- Experience with program management tools like Microsoft Project, Power BI, and Project Online.
- University degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Understanding of the railroad business is a bonus.
