  • IRM platform implementation across the Software Development Lifecycle (i.e., requirements gathering, use case development, foundational elements definition, design and architecture, configuration, testing and production rollout)
  • IRM software integration (i.e., understanding of integration architecture and options such as ETL, Web-API and others)
  • Developing IRM governance and operating models
  • IRM Managed Services which include application support, maintenance and implementing enhancements in a post-production environment

Skills and attributes for success:

  • Demonstrate and apply a thorough understanding of complex information systems

  • IRM Solutions Expertise: Hands on implementation experience and/or certification in at least one of the following platforms: RSA Archer, ServiceNow, IBM OpenPages, Metric Stream
  • Exposure to both Waterfall and Agile methodologies of Software development
  • Understanding of best practices for IT risk management, internal audit, vendor risk management, SOX, information security, and OpRisk processes (including risk assessments, risk metrics and dashboarding)

  • Knowledge of authoritative sources or standards such as CobIT, ISO 27001 & 27002, PCI, GLBA and others
  • Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent leadership, teamwork and client service skills
  • Demonstrated integrity within a professional environment or comparable experience working as an advisor to financial services companies
  • Demonstrated project or engagement management ability to plan and execute projects/engagements to a successful conclusion

Ideally, you’ll also have
