As Director of Product Marketing, you will :
- Lead a team of five product marketing experts in building product and solution messaging that differentiates Coveo in the market.
- Head competitive intelligence and comparisons by working with cross-functional stakeholders and driving team research.
- Build on our product launch and readiness framework, working cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales and Commercial Operations teams.
- Articulate the value of Coveo\'s solutions into tangible ROI metrics.
- Deliver Sales, Marketing and Partner enablement tools to help with acquisition and sales conversion.
- Collaborate with the field, partners, and analysts to position our products both at a high level and around the new value we bring to market.
- At least 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, 5+ years in leadership.
- A strong speaker and genuine leader who loves developing high-quality customer-facing presentations.
- Strong technical product management and marketing competency including business and market analysis.
- A strategic thinker who also rolls up their sleeves to get things done.
- Background in the customer service and support industry.
- Previous roles in enterprise technology companies, particularly in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Experience with Salesforce Cloud, ServiceNow, Adobe, or Sitecore.
