Summit Search Group is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Director to lead our Client’s B2B sales growth and strengthen our dealer network through strategic sales planning, relationship development, and integrated marketing initiatives. This key leadership role will drive performance across sales, shipping, warranty, and parts – building alignment and consistency across all dealer-facing functions while advancing our brand presence in the marketplace.

A Manitoba-based manufacturer with more than three decades of experience, this company specializes in building trailers designed for lasting performance and precision. With strong community roots and a culture that values collaboration and craftsmanship, they combine proven design, quality materials, and expert workmanship to deliver products that stand the test of time. Their lineup spans from heavy-duty commercial models to versatile utility options—all backed by an industry-leading warranty and a steadfast commitment to quality and local growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop dealer sales plans to align with annual corporate volume and revenue targets.
  • Initiate forecasting discussions with dealers & maintain accurate shipping schedules to confirm forecast accuracy on a regular basis.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales & Shipping team’s objectives & activities to ensure accurate order fulfillment and overall productivity.
  • Oversee our parts sales & warranty functions to ensure efficient outcomes.
  • Work with Operations team to schedule 3PL partners to be within service level expectations.
  • Resolve complex customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Regularly measure performance vs KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
  • Utilize CRM and other tools to manage customer plans, interactions, and data.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Coordinator & CEO on Marketing plans & activities
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Champion a performance-based customer-centric culture.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze data & trends while implementing actions & decisions.
  • Leadership experience. Preferably in the Transportation, Automotive, RV, or Powersports industries.
  • Post Secondary education in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
