Job description

Knix is an award-winning intimate apparel and activewear brand that is re-inventing intimates for real life. Through our innovative products and our engaged community, we are empowering people everywhere to be unapologetically free. Launched in 2013, we are one of the fastest-growing intimate apparel brands in North America and are globally recognized as an innovator within the apparel space. We reach over 3 million customers through our online stores, Knix retail locations across North America and channels such as wholesale and Amazon. We are revolutionizing the apparel industry with our best-in-class customer experience, innovative products and brands Knix and Kt by Knix. Come join us if you are looking for a purpose-driven and authentic career!

The Vice President, Ecommerce (Digital Product & Experience) is the architect and commercial owner of Knix’s digital ecosystem. You will own the full digital product roadmap, UX/UI strategy, site merchandising excellence, and the integration of AI and LLM-driven capabilities, while also carrying clear P&L accountability for the digital business.

You are equal parts product visionary, design thinker, merchandiser, and general manager. You understand that the website is our flagship store, Amazon is a critical growth and brand channel, and forecasting precision is essential to scale profitably. You obsess over clarity, conversion, and customer delight, and you hold yourself accountable to results.

This role shapes the future of Knix’s digital business, ensuring it is fast, intuitive, inspiring, and commercially explosive.

Lead the Digital Product Vision
  • Define and execute a multi-year digital product strategy that elevates site performance, usability, accessibility, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build a mobile-first, desktop-enabled experience that sets a new standard for apparel and lifestyle e-commerce.
  • Own the digital product roadmap end-to-end, balancing near-term performance gains with long-term platform innovation.
Own UX/UI and Site Merchandising
  • Lead UX, UI, CX, and Site Merchandising to deliver frictionless navigation, high-converting flows, and best-in-class product discovery.
  • Optimize end-to-end customer journeys with relentless focus on speed, clarity, conversion, and brand expression.
  • Ensure homepage, PDPs, PLPs, search, and cart/checkout are continuously refined and benchmarked against global leaders.
Drive Innovation Through AI + LLMs
  • Integrate AI and LLM capabilities across search, personalization, site merchandising, content automation, and customer support.
  • Champion experimentation, test rapidly, scale what wins, sunset what doesn’t.
  • Translate emerging technologies into tangible commercial and customer impact.
Strategic Planning, Forecasting & Operating Rhythm
  • Own digital demand forecasting in partnership with Finance, Ecommerce, and Operations, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and clear trade-offs.
  • Lead daily, weekly, and monthly business management cadences (“dailies”) to track performance, diagnose issues, and drive fast action.
  • Serve as a senior leader in cross-functional Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), aligning demand, inventory, marketing, and site execution.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities, adjusting plans to protect revenue, margin, and customer experience.
P&L Ownership & Commercial Accountability
  • Own the digital P&L, with clear accountability for revenue, margin, conversion, and profitability.
  • Drive performance across key levers including CVR, AOV, traffic quality, site speed, SEO/AEO, and engagement.
  • Ensure digital product investments are tied to measurable business outcomes and return on investment.
  • Partner closely with Finance and Analytics to translate insights into action.
Amazon Accountability
  • Own Amazon as a strategic growth and brand channel, with full accountability for performance, profitability, and execution.
  • Ensure Amazon strategy is aligned with broader ecommerce, merchandising, and brand priorities, not siloed.
  • Drive operational excellence across assortment, content, conversion, and ongoing optimization.
Build and Inspire a High-Impact Team
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams across digital product, UX/UI, site merchandising, and digital operations.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear goals, expectations, and performance standards, and coach leaders to deliver.
Collaborate to Win
  • Work closely with Creative, Brand, Performance Marketing, Retail, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment between brand vision, commercial priorities, and execution.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between strategy and day-to-day delivery, bringing clarity to complex decisions.
Who You Are
  • A senior digital and ecommerce leader with 12+ years of experience across digital product, ecommerce, UX/UI, and site operations, ideally within category-leading consumer or tech-enabled brands.
  • A true operator with experience owning forecasts, operating rhythms, and P&L outcomes.
  • A product-led thinker who understands how UX, technology, and merchandising drive commercial results.
  • Deeply fluent in site merchandising, CRO, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
  • Experienced in Amazon management and accountability within a broader omni-channel ecosystem.
  • Fluent in AI and LLM applications, with a bias toward deployment, not theory.
  • Data-driven, decisive, and comfortable making trade-offs in fast-moving environments.
  • A calm, resilient, values-led leader who inspires trust and delivers clarity. An exceptional communicator and cross-functional partner.
