Senior Inside Sales Account Specialist Full time, Permanent Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (4 days in office, Friday is a work from home day!)Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)Salary: Up to $65,000 base salary + Up to 20K BonusCompany: A financial technology company specializing in connecting issuers to Financial Advisors and Institutions. • University degree or college diploma in a relevant field is required (Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration)
• Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) an asset (Company will pay if you don’t have it)
• Bilingual French spoken and written is considered an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous business development or sales experience is an asset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
• Ability to articulate compelling responses that effectively address objections while maintaining a positive dialogue
• Showcase resilience in the face of objections, turning challenges into opportunities to gather further insight from interactions
• Ability to adapt and adjust strategies accordingly
• Experience using CRM tools to manage interactions and data
• Superior collaboration skills
• Strong understanding of the markets, or strong curiosity to learn
• Solid understanding of financial concepts
• Solid organization and time management skills
