Job summary
A leading Canadian retailer is seeking a Consultant, HR Business Partner to provide frontline employee relations support. The role involves mediation for workplace conflict, coaching for management on employee issues, and utilizing HR expertise to offer specialized support. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
