*This role is an in-person position, requiring someone to work from studio 5-days a week.
A snapshot of your role:
- Act as the first point of contact for the studio, handling general inquiries, service requests, greeting guests/employees, and maintaining a welcoming and secure environment.
- Coordinate daily studio operations, including desk allocations for hybrid team members, office supplies, shared spaces, and vendor relationships.
- Support team logistics such as catered lunches, travel coordination, and other ad hoc administrative or coordination requests from the leadership team.
- Lead Health and Safety team and programs, contributing to the maintenance of a safe, organized workplace.
- Assist with planning and executing studio events, offering creative input and following through on assigned tasks.
Sound like you? This is what we're looking for:
- 1+ years of experience in coordination, admin, facilities, operations, or project management in a modern, tech-forward environment.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, tech-driven setting.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills for managing tasks, events, and studio-wide updates.
- Familiar with Occupational Health and Safety, able to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Skilled in documentation and tools like Confluence and Google Suite.
- Proven ability to plan and execute projects and events.
- Comfortable with software and tools like space-planning platforms (e.g., Office Space) and ticketing systems (e.g., Service Desk, Fresh Service).
Nice-to-haves:
- First aid certification and practical experience.
- Experience in the games industry and/or a passion for games.
- Remote event planning experience.
- Familiarity with purchasing and budgets.
- Access to a car, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

The base salary range is $43,000 - $58,000. The stated pay scale reflects the range that SkyBox Labs reasonably expects to pay for this position. Your base salary will be determined by various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, skills, and experience.
