Family-Focused Reintegration Case Manager
Job summary
A local indigenous organization in Saskatoon seeks a Reintegration Case Worker to support female relatives referred from Pine Grove Correctional Centre. The role involves developing case plans to address criminogenic factors and connecting clients to necessary resources, both during incarceration and within the community.
