• Post secondary education preferred.
• Satisfactory Criminal Reference Check (Vulnerable Persons Sector).

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and engage in youth activities in a Youth Centre and/or Elementary/High School setting.
• Create programs based on God-given abilities while considering community needs.
• Build relationships and recruit volunteers.
• Advocate for youth through fundraising.
• Attend regular meetings and annual retreats/conferences.
• Complete administrative tasks and uphold policies.
• Uphold SWOYFC policies and risk management.
• Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities.
